Understanding Legal Apprenticeships
A legal apprenticeship integrates study with on the job training. This is an excellent opportunity to qualify as a solicitor whilst gaining valuable and varied work experience in a challenging yet supportive legal environment. The apprenticeship provides a salary and the chance to develop a long-term career at one of North West’s leading law firms.
Our Apprenticeship Programme
The six-year HD legal apprenticeship programme steadily builds towards qualification as a solicitor by studying initially the Level 3 Paralegal and then Level 7 Solicitor apprenticeships. This is the same time period as qualifying through the traditional route.

Opportunities for Graduates
Apply to join our graduate legal apprenticeship programme straight from university and jump onto the programme at a later stage.
Our Ideal Candidates

Embracing the Future with SQE
We are beginning the transition to the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) route to qualification. However, we will continue to welcome applications from candidates who have either gained their LPC or are studying towards it alongside candidates interested in the apprenticeship programme.
